14 GAVIN NEWSOM, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights 18 action filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Currently pending before the court are several motions 19 filed by the parties. The court will address each motion in turn. 20 I. Procedural History 21 The docket in this case has been inundated with so many motions that the court must 22 clarify the procedural history of this case before ruling on the pending matters.
