18 19 20 This matter is before the court on (1) the motion to dismiss, or in the alternative, to stay, 21 and (2) the motion to compel arbitration and dismiss, or in the alternative, to stay filed by Lennar 22 Corporation and Lennar Sales Corporation (collectively “defendants”) on November 8, 2023, and 23 March 29, 2024, respectively.
