Defendant now moves for judgment on the pleadings, arguing that Plaintiff’s claims are barred by the statute of limitations. (ECF No. 9.) Plaintiff opposes the motion and separately submits an amended complaint, which the Court construed as a motion to amend his Complaint. (ECF Nos. 12, 13.)
