INTRODUCTION 17 Larry John Curlee (“Plaintiff”) is proceeding pro se in this civil rights action against the 18 Social Security Administration. 19 The undersigned finds that this case, Case No. 1:23-cv-01116-KES-SKO, filed by Plaintiff 20 on July 27, 2023, is duplicative of Curlee v. Social Security Administration, Case No. 1:22-cv- 21 01593-JLT-BAM, filed by Plaintiff on December 13, 2022.
