18 19 This matter is before the Court on Defendants County of Sacramento, Sacramento County 20 Sherriff’s Department, and Scott Jones’s, in his official capacity as Sacramento County Sheriff, 21 (collectively, “Defendants”) Request for Reconsideration of the magistrate judge’s September 27, 22 2023, Order. (ECF No. 32.) Plaintiffs Estate of Sherrano Stingley, Dymin Stingley, S.S., and 23 Annette Hilburn (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) filed a response. (ECF No. 33.)
