On February 7, 2024, Petitioner filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus in this Court. (Doc. 1.) On February 9, 2024, the Court issued an order directing Respondent to file a response to the petition. (Doc. 5.) On April 8, 2024, Respondent filed a motion to dismiss the petition for failure to exhaust administrative remedies, failure to state a claim, and for mootness insofar as Petitioner has been released from custody.
