[FOURTEEN DAY DEADLINE] 17 18 19 Petitioner is a former federal prisoner proceeding pro se with a petition for writ of habeas 20 corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. 21 On February 7, 2024, Petitioner filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus in this Court. 22 (Doc. 1.) On February 9, 2024, the Court issued an order directing Respondent to file a response 23 to the petition. (Doc. 5.) On April 8, 2024, Respondent filed a motion to dismiss the petition for 24 failure to exhaust administrative remedies, failure to state a claim, and for mootness insofar as 25 Petitioner has been released from custody.
