17 On May 14, 2024, Plaintiffs filed a notice of dismissal of Defendants Mohan S. Cheema, 18 Tarnvir S. Bisla, and Jagdeep S. Dhaliwal without prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil 19 Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(i). (ECF No. 19.) Rule 41(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 20 allows a party to dismiss some or all of the defendants in an action through a Rule 41(a) notice. 21 Wilson v.
