(ECF No. 1 at 1.1) On April 22, 2024, Petitioner filed the instant petition for writ of 22 habeas corpus in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. (ECF 23 No. 1.) On April 30, 2024, the petition was transferred to this Court.
