The parties agree to an award of attorney’s fees and 20 expenses to Plaintiff’s attorney, Melissa Newel of Newel Law, in the amount of $8,255.93 in 21 attorney fees and expenses, pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act (“EAJA”), 28 U.S.C. § 22 2412. (Id.). 23 On March 11, 2024, this Court granted Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment and 24 remanded the case pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) to the Commissioner for 25 further administrative proceedings.
