No. 11) 16 17 18 Petitioner Anthony Andre Sharp (“Petitioner”), a state prisoner, initiated this action by 19 filing a pro se petition for writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254. (Doc. No. 1, 20 “Petition”). In response, Respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss (“Motion”) and lodged several 21 state and federal court records in support. (Doc. Nos. 11, 12). Petitioner filed an opposition to 22 the Motion to Dismiss, and Respondent filed a Reply. (Doc. Nos. 17, 18). The Court permitted 23 Petitioner to file a Sur-reply. (Doc. Nos. 24, 25).
