No. 11) 16 17 Petitioner Anthony Andre Sharp (“Petitioner”), a state prisoner, initiated this action by filing a pro se petition for writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254. (Doc. No. 1, “Petition”). In response, Respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss (“Motion”) and lodged several state and federal court records in support. (Doc. Nos. 11, 12). Petitioner filed an opposition to the Motion to Dismiss, and Respondent filed a Reply. (Doc. Nos. 17, 18). The Court permitted Petitioner to file a Sur-reply. (Doc. Nos. 24, 25).
