14 15 Plaintiff Gerry Renee Potts (“Plaintiff”) seeks judicial review of the decision of the 16 Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner” or “Defendant”) denying her application for 17 disability insurance benefits (“DIB”) and Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) benefits. (Doc. 18 1). The matter is before the Court on the certified administrative record (“AR”). (Doc. 17). 19 Plaintiff filed a motion for summary judgment on December 27, 2021. (Doc. 20). Defendant 20 filed an opposition on February 10, 2022. (Doc. 22). Thereafter, Plaintiff filed a reply brief on 21 February 25, 2022. (Doc. 23).
