18 19 On July 12, 2023, Plaintiffs Lakema Tate and Richard Ortiz (“Plaintiffs”) initiated this 20 action with the filing of a complaint asserting claims on behalf of themselves and a putative class 21 against Wm. Bolthouse Farms, Inc (“Defendant”). (Doc.1). On September 26, 2023, Plaintiffs 22 filed the operative first amended class action complaint. (Doc. 15).
