ORDER 14 CDC DIRECTOR, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights 18 action filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. By order dated April 25, 2024, the district judge 19 granted plaintiff’s motion for reconsideration and vacated the judgment that was previously 20 entered in this case. ECF No. 15. The same order referred the matter back to the undersigned for 21 the purpose of resetting the deadline for plaintiff to file a first amended complaint. Plaintiff will 22 be granted 30 days to file an amended complaint. 23 In an amended complaint, plaintiff must demonstrate how the conditions about which he 24 complains resulted in a deprivation of his constitutional rights. Rizzo v. Goode, 423 U.S. 362, 25 370-71 (1976). Also, the complaint must allege in specific terms how each named defendant is 26 involved. Arnold v.…
