18 19 Plaintiff BMO Harris Bank N.A. (“Plaintiff) moves for default judgment against 20 Defendants Royal Road Line Inc. (“Royal Road”) and Nishan Singh (“Singh”) on state law 21 breach of contract claims. The matter was referred to the undersigned pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 22 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302(c)(19).
