Defendant. (Doc. 73) 16 Plaintiff Lawrence Christopher Smith, a state prisoner, proceeded pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On April 17, 2024, the undersigned adopted in full the magistrate judge’s Findings and Recommendations to deny Plaintiff’s motion for law library access and grant Defendant’s motion for summary judgment (exhaustion). (Docs. 64, 71.) The action was dismissed, without prejudice, for failure to exhaust administrative remedies. (Doc. 71.) Judgment was entered the same date. (Doc. 72.)
