18 19 This matter is before the court on the motion to dismiss filed by defendants Erik Ekdahl, 20 Eileen Sobeck, E. Joaquin Esquivel, Dorene D’Adamo, Sean Maguire, Laurel Firestone, and 21 Nichole Morgan (collectively, “the Board defendants”), and by defendant Charlton Bonham, on 22 November 1, 2023. (Doc. No. 63.) The pending motion was taken under submission on 23 November 13, 2023. (Doc. No. 65.)
