18 This matter is before the court on the motion to dismiss filed by defendants Erik Ekdahl, Eileen Sobeck, E. Joaquin Esquivel, Dorene D’Adamo, Sean Maguire, Laurel Firestone, and Nichole Morgan (collectively, “the Board defendants”), and by defendant Charlton Bonham, on November 1, 2023. (Doc. No. 63.)
