Accordingly, on March 14, 2024, I recommended that plaintiff’s application to proceed in forma pauperis be denied. ECF No. 7. Plaintiff was allowed fourteen days to file objections. Id. at 3. I also recommended that plaintiff be directed to tender the filing fee. Id. Plaintiff did not file objections or tender the filing fee.
