15 Defendant. DAYS 16 17 Plaintiff is a “Three-Striker” within the meaning of Title 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g). See Joseph 18 v. Penner, No. 2:18-cv-02597-JAM-DMC (designating plaintiff as a “three-striker”). 19 Accordingly, on March 14, 2024, I recommended that plaintiff’s application to proceed in forma 20 pauperis be denied. ECF No. 7. Plaintiff was allowed fourteen days to file objections. Id. at 3. I 21 also recommended that plaintiff be directed to tender the filing fee. Id. Plaintiff did not file 22 objections or tender the filing fee. On April 11, 2024, the district judge adopted the findings and 23 recommendations and ordered plaintiff to tender the filing fee within thirty days.
