INTRODUCTION Currently before the Court is Plaintiff Jeffrey Carter’s motion for reconsideration of the Court’s April 5, 2024 order precluding Plaintiff from making untimely discovery requests prior to discovery commencing pursuant to Rule 26. (ECF No. 28.) Plaintiff improperly set a hearing for May 28, 2024, which will be vacated.
