18 19 I. 20 INTRODUCTION 21 Currently before the Court is Plaintiff Jeffrey Carter’s motion for reconsideration of the 22 Court’s April 5, 2024 order precluding Plaintiff from making untimely discovery requests prior 23 to discovery commencing pursuant to Rule 26. (ECF No. 28.) Plaintiff improperly set a hearing 24 for May 28, 2024, which will be vacated.
