17 18 On May 17, 2024, Plaintiffs Kenneth G. Wilkinson and Kelly G. Wilkinson (collectively, 19 “Plaintiffs”) brought this action against Defendants PHH Mortgage Corporation (“PHH”) and 20 Western Progressive LLC (collectively, “Defendants”), alleging breach of their mortgage 21 agreement. (ECF No. 1.) Presently before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Ex Parte Application for 22 Temporary Restraining Order (“TRO”). (ECF No. 4.)
