Wilkinson (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) brought this action against Defendants PHH Mortgage Corporation (“PHH”) and Western Progressive LLC (collectively, “Defendants”), alleging breach of their mortgage agreement. (ECF No. 1.) Presently before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Ex Parte Application for Temporary Restraining Order (“TRO”). (ECF No. 4.)
