See Case 16 No. 19-cv-04717-PJH, Dkts. 56 & 61; Case No. 19-cv-04975-PJH, Dkts. 48, 57 & 58; 17 Case No. 19-cv-04980-PJH, Dkts. 51, 56, 70 & 71. No party opposes any of the nine 18 motions. 19 “The district court has broad discretion to appoint amici curiae.” Hoptowit v.
