Andorin Inc.’s motion to dismiss based on improper venue and lack of personal jurisdiction, or to transfer venue. The Court held a hearing on January 17, 2012. For the reasons stated at the hearing and set forth below, the Court denies Defendant’s motion. BACKGROUND Plaintiff Natural Wellness Centers of America, Inc.
