12 13 Before the Court is Defendant’s administrative motion to file under seal portions of the 14 briefing and exhibits submitted in connection with Defendant’s Reply in Support of Its Motion to 15 Strike Finjan’s Expert Reports on Infringement (332). ECF 329. For the reasons that follow, the 16 motion to seal is GRANTED. 17 I. LEGAL STANDARD 18 “Historically, courts have recognized a ‘general right to inspect and copy public records 19 and documents, including judicial records and documents.’” Kamakana v. City & Cty.
