12 13 Plaintiff Lionell Simms seeks social security benefits for a combination of mental and 14 physical impairments, including strokes, bad vision, memory loss, spinal arthritis, left arm 15 arthritis, organic mental disorder, affective disorder, and substance addition disorder. 16 (Administrative Record (“AR”) 15, 219, 234.) Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), Plaintiff filed this 17 lawsuit for judicial review of the final decision by the Commissioner of Social Security 18 (“Commissioner”) denying his benefits claim. Now before the Court are Plaintiff’s and 19 Defendant’s Motions for Summary Judgment.1 (Dkt.
