12 13 Plaintiff Carl Robert Bly seeks social security benefits for a combination of mental and 14 physical impairments, including depression, anxiety, somatic symptom disorder, schizoid 15 personality disorder, gastritis/colitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, status post left metacarpal fracture, 16 hypertension, mild bilateral hearing loss, and obesity. (Administrative Record (“AR”) 27, 351, 17 921.) Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), Plaintiff filed this lawsuit for judicial review of the final 18 decision by the Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”) denying his benefits claim. 19 Now before the Court are Plaintiff’s and Defendant’s Motions for Summary Judgment.1 (Dkt. 20 Nos. 23, 31.)
