12 Plaintiff Mark O. Cropsey moves for summary judgment to reverse the Commissioner of 13 the Social Security Administration’s (the “Commissioner’s”) final administrative decision, which 14 found Plaintiff not disabled and therefore denied his application for benefits under Title II of the 15 Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 401 et seq. The Commissioner cross-moves to affirm. For the 16 reasons stated below, the court grants Cropsey’s motion in part and denies it in part and remands 17 this matter for further proceedings consistent with this opinion. 18 I.
