10 HAGERTY INSURANCE AGENCY, LLC, AMEND et al., 11 Re: Dkt. Nos. 5, 6 Defendants. 12 13 On September 12, 2019, the Court held a hearing on defendants’ motions to dismiss the 14 complaint. Although defense counsel attended the hearing, plaintiff’s counsel failed to appear and 15 the matter was submitted on the papers.1 For the reasons set forth below, the Court GRANTS 16 defendants’ motions to dismiss and GRANTS plaintiff leave to amend consistent with the guidance 17 provided by this order.
