(“MCM”), Hunt & Henriques 20 (“H&H”), Michael Scott Hunt, and Janalie Ann Henriques (collectively, “Defendants”). Plaintiff 21 alleges that Defendants committed violations of the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 22 U.S.C. §§ 1692 et seq. in connection with Defendants’ efforts to collect a consumer debt from 23 Plaintiff. Before the Court are Defendants’ motions to compel arbitration.
