12 Plaintiff Kathryn Herrick moves for summary judgment to reverse the Commissioner of the 13 Social Security Administration’s (the “Commissioner’s”) final administrative decision, which found 14 Herrick not disabled and therefore denied her application for benefits under Titles II and XVI of the 15 Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 401 et seq. [Docket No. 21.] The Commissioner cross-moves to 16 affirm. [Docket No. 22.] For the reasons stated below, the court grants the Commissioner’s motion 17 and denies Herrick’s motion. 18 I.
