13 14 Plaintiffs Stackla, Inc., Stackla, Ltd., and Stackla Pty Ltd.’s (together, “Stackla”) 15 motion for a temporary restraining order came on for hearing before this court on 16 September 25, 2019. Dkt. 3. Plaintiffs appeared through their counsel, Jeffrey Tsai and 17 Isabelle Ord. Defendants Facebook Inc. and Instagram, LLC (together, “Facebook”) 18 appeared through their counsel, Sonal Mehta and Matthew Benedetto.
