12 13 Plaintiff Coleman challenges a decision by a Social Security Administration (“SSA”) 14 administrative law judge (“ALJ”) that denied, in part, his application for supplemental security 15 income (“SSI”) under Title XVI of the Social Security Act. The parties filed cross-motions for 16 summary judgment. Dkt. Nos. 13, 14. Plaintiff also filed a reply brief in opposition to 17 defendant’s cross-motion and in support of his motion for summary judgment. Dkt. No. 16. 18 Plaintiff’s motion is granted, and the case is remanded to the SSA for further proceedings 19 consistent with this order. Defendant’s motion is denied. 20 In a decision dated June 7, 2017, the ALJ found that Coleman suffers from a number of 21 severe physical and mental impairments, including anxiety disorder, depressive disorder, diabetes 22 mellitus, peripheral arterial…
