12 13 On July 18, 2019, Petitioner Josep De Paz Sales filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus. 14 (Pet., Dkt. No. 1.) Since July 10, 2018, Petitioner has been detained at the Yuba County Jail 15 pending removal proceedings under the Immigration and Nationality Act (“INA”). (Pet. ¶ 1.) 16 Petitioner seeks his immediate release or a new bond hearing. (Pet. ¶ 1.) 17 Having considered the parties’ filings, the relevant legal authority, and the arguments made 18 at the September 5, 2019 hearing, the Court GRANTS Petitioner’s petition for a new bond 19 hearing. 20 I.
