13 14 Plaintiff Gina DeVries appeals a final decision by defendant Commissioner of Social 15 Security (“Commissioner”)1 denying her application for disability insurance benefits and 16 supplemental security income under Titles II and XVI of the Social Security Act (Act). 42 U.S.C. 17 §§ 423, 1381. The parties filed cross-motions for summary judgment. Dkt. Nos. 21, 24. Pursuant 18 to the Court’s order (Dkt. No. 15), each side also submitted statements of the administrative 19 record. Dkt.
