On May 20, 2019, pro se Plaintiff Mary Gustafson filed a Complaint against the City of San Jose and Sam Liccardo, the Mayor of San Jose (though elsewhere Plaintiff also identifies the “San Jose Office of the City Attorney Allan Lipton” as another possible defendant).
