INTRODUCTION 15 Plaintiffs Terry Hamm (“Hamm”) and Bryce Meeker (“Meeker”) bring various consumer 16 protection claims predicated on allegations that Defendant Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC 17 (“MBUSA”) knew of and actively concealed defects in vehicle transmission systems.
