Before the court is defendants Depuy Orthopaedics, Inc., Johnson & Johnson Services, Inc., Johnson & Johnson, Depuy International Limited, and Depuy Products, Inc., (collectively, the “Removing Defendants”) motion to stay all proceedings in this action pending a determination by the Judicial Panel for Multidistrict Litigation (“JMPL”) on whether to transfer this action to MDL No. 2244: In re DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc., Pinnacle Hip Implant Products Liability Litigation (the “MDL No. 2244 proceeding”).
