13 Defendants seek reconsideration of the Court’s February 1 and February 19, 2019 orders compelling Plaintiffs’ putative class claims to arbitration. Dkt. Nos. 54, 60. For the reasons discussed below, the Court GRANTS Defendants’ motion for leave to file motion for reconsideration. Having granted Defendants’ motion for leave, the Court construes the motion for reconsideration as fully briefed in the parties’ motion for leave papers, and GRANTS Defendants’ motion for reconsideration.
