13 Plaintiff moves for this case to be remanded claiming this Court lacks subject-matter 14 jurisdiction. Defendants separately move to compel arbitration and dismiss the putative class 15 action because Plaintiff agreed to arbitrate employment-related disputes with Defendants 16 individually. The Court finds this motion suitable for consideration without oral argument. See 17 N.D. Cal. Civ. L.R. 7-1(b).
