BACKGROUND

19 This case stems from Plaintiff’s appeal of the Social Security Administration’s (“SSA”) 20 denial of her application for disability benefits for a combination of physical and mental 21 impairments, including: degenerative disc disease, fibromyalgia, knee and shoulder problems, 22 hand and wrist condition, bone spurs, and depression. (See Dkt. Nos. 1 & 19 at 1.)
