This case is a putative securities class action brought against Defendant Corcept Therapeutics Incorporated (“Corcept”); its President and Chief Executive Officer, Joseph K. Belanoff; and its Chief Financial Officer, Charles Robb. Plaintiffs in this action consist of “persons and entities that purchased or otherwise acquired Corcept securities between August 2, 2017 and February 5, 2019, inclusive (the ‘Class Period’).” ECF No. 1 (“Compl.”) ¶ 1. Before the Court are four outstanding Motions for Appointment as Lead Plaintiff and Approval of Lead Counsel. I.
