Plaintiffs in this action consist of 21 “persons and entities that purchased or otherwise acquired Corcept securities between August 2, 22 2017 and February 5, 2019, inclusive (the ‘Class Period’).” ECF No. 1 (“Compl.”) ¶ 1.
