(“Apple”) and 19 allege common law fraud claims and violations of various state consumer fraud statutes. ECF No. 20 33 (“Amended Class Action Complaint” or “ACAC”). Before the Court is Apple’s motion to 21 dismiss.1 ECF No. 48. Having considered the submissions of the parties, the relevant law, and the 22 record in this case, the Court GRANTS Apple’s motion to dismiss.
