12 13 Robert Drawn filed this pro se petition for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254 14 to challenge his conviction in the Alameda County Superior Court. This Court issued an order to 15 show cause why the writ should not be granted. Respondent has filed an answer and Drawn has 16 filed a traverse. For the reasons discussed below, the petition will be DENIED. 17 18 BACKGROUND 19 A.
