12 Defendants Agentra, LLC (“Agentra”) and Data Partnership Group, LP (“DPG”) move 13 pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) to dismiss Plaintiff Lawrence Pascal’s first 14 amended complaint. [Docket No. 20.] This matter is suitable for resolution without a hearing. 15 Civ. L.R. 7-1(b). For the following reasons, the motion is granted. 16 I.
