13 Plaintiff Timothy Needham seeks judicial review of the Commissioner of Social Security’s (the “Commissioner”) final decision denying Needham’s claim for disability benefits pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). This action is before the court on the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment. Having considered the parties’ cross-motions, the pertinent legal authorities, and having reviewed the administrative record, the court hereby remands this case to the Commissioner for further proceedings in accordance with this court’s order.
