14 Plaintiff Muhammad Khan (“Khan”) worked for Defendant SAP Labs, LLC (“SAP”), from 2013 through December 1, 2015, when he left the company. The following month, Khan set fire to the residence of his former SAP manager, Defendant Sanjay Shirole (“Shirole”), while Shirole and his family were asleep inside. Khan was convicted of arson of an inhabited structure in September 2017, and he is serving a nine-year term of imprisonment for that crime.
