11 Defendant. 12 13 Pending before the Court are two unopposed motions filed by Plaintiffs Brandon Norona1 14 and Linda Corbin: (1) the motion for final approval of the parties’ proposed class action 15 settlement, Dkt. No. 59; and (2) the motion for attorneys’ fees, expenses, and incentive awards, 16 Dkt. No. 57. The Court held a final fairness hearing on September 26, 2019. See Dkt. No. 61. 17 For the reasons detailed below, the Court GRANTS final approval and GRANTS IN PART 18 Plaintiffs’ motion for attorneys’ fees, expenses, and service awards. 19 I. BACKGROUND 20 A.
