12 INTRODUCTION Plaintiff, an inmate at the Correctional Training Facility proceeding pro se, filed this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. For the reasons set forth below, this action will be DISMISSED without prejudice for failure to exhaust administrative remedies. BACKGROUND On June 3, 2019, the Court screened Plaintiff’s second amended complaint, which is docketed at Dkt. No. 55. Dkt. No. 66.
