22 A. Complaint Allegations 23 Mr. Strojnik is a disabled person as defined by the ADA. (Complaint at ¶¶ 2, 11.)2 In 24 particular, Mr. Strojnik is “legally disabled by virtue of a severe right-sided neural foraminal 25 stenosis with symptoms of femoral neuropathy, prostate cancer and renal cancer” and 26
