I. INTRODUCTION Plaintiff James David Williams, a state prisoner currently incarcerated at the Correctional Training Facility (“CTF”), filed this pro se civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 alleging his rights were violated by CTF prison officials based on their involvement in Plaintiff’s unclothed body search on June 29, 2016. Plaintiff seeks injunctive relief and monetary damages.
