INTRODUCTION Plaintiff Loi Ngo asserts state law claims, including claims of discrimination and harassment under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (“FEHA”), against his former employer, United Airlines (“United”), and two of his former supervisors, Mohammed Buksh and Yvonne Pierce.
