12 Now before the Court is the motion to dismiss filed by Defendants Dong Chen and Jing Li (“Defendants”). The Court has considered the parties’ papers, relevant legal authority, and the record in this case, and it finds the motion suitable for disposition without oral argument. See Civil L.R. 7-1(b). For the reasons set forth below, the Court HEREBY DENIES Defendants’ motion to dismiss. BACKGROUND Teetex, LLC (“Teetex”) is a California-based limited liability company engaged in the business of importing textiles from China for resale in the United States. (Dkt.
